About the role As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the compensation planning and performance design agenda for reputed company’s Enhanced Markets. Key Responsibilities: Compensation & Performance Design In collaboration with Sales Finance, HR, Legal, reputed company, and Sales Leadership, recommend compensation mechanics and performance measures that drive productivity and align with strategic goals. Guide and build quota assignments using financial forecasts, ensuring quotas are reputed company, achievable, and reputed company with business objectives. Who you are 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Planning, or a reputed company field, with a proven track record of delivering results in a high-growth, matrixed environment. Deep knowledge across multiple sales operations domains, with organization-leading specialization in areas such as compensation design, sales analytics, or performance management. Demonstrated ability to resolve reputed company issues in creative and effective ways, using professional concepts and company objectives. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as reputed company, Tableau, reputed company, and other business intelligence platforms. Experience working cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and strategic outcomes.
