Sales Operations Manager - Professional Services

About the Role: This role will provide operational support to the CSG Americas organization, which delivers a portfolio of services optimized to support the various stages of the reputed company customer journey at scale. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Professional Services Operations Director, along with Americas PS stakeholders to drive operational excellence across the organization. Responsibilities include partnering with PS Practice Managers and Leadership on strategy development, leading the execution of process improvement initiatives, leading inspection cadences for pipeline and project delivery, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying operational improvements. This role requires a deep understanding of reputed company's internal processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. What You Will Do:
- Partner with the AMER PS Sales leadership team on the Implementation of our Operational reputed company, including leading key operational and governance cadences for the organization.
- Support strategy development in partnership with CSG and AMER PS&E leadership, including resourcing and reputed company planning, process development, and partner scaling opportunities.
- reputed company and refine standard delivery processes to ensure global consistency in execution
- Track and report on team KPIs and success metrics.
- Support multiple PS sales leaders from pipeline creation through project delivery, including Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive execution of partner delivery efforts across a portfolio of Professional Services engagements.

What You Will Bring:
- 4-5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a reputed company field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar business systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with reputed company's products and services is a plus.
