Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our remote contact center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members through various digital channels, including chat, messaging, email, and phone. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for members seeking assistance with a range of topics, from debit cards and disputes to deposits and transfers. Your expertise in sales and customer service will reputed company you to effectively cross-sell arenaflex products and services, while also opening and closing deposit accounts.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
• Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and member service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation

The hourly reputed company for this position is between $17.00 and $20.80, depending on experience and qualifications.
