Responsibilities

• Help clients secure their financial well-being by providing confidence to pursue long and fulfilling lives
• reputed company markets and sustain long-term relationships
• Participate in local and national development programs as well as joint-work opportunities for hands-on experience
• Encourage pursuit of professional designations including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
• Participate in management opportunities for those wanting to advance into leadership

Skills

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
• A four-year college degree is preferred but not required
• We will help you navigate obtaining the required state licenses as well as sitting for the SIE which must be passed prior to onboarding
• We will sponsor your pursuit of FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations which must be passed prior to onboarding
• Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter who possesses reputed company, a strong work ethic and the desire to help others plan for and protect their financial futures
• Team player who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities with a high degree of self-confidence
• Ability to draw upon past/present experiences and acquaintances to reputed company markets and sustain long-term relationships
• A four-year college degree is preferred but not required
