POSITION OVERVIEW: Serve as project construction representative for contractors and developers to ensure adherence to FXF prototypical drawings and specification standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Serve as company representative for facility construction projects working with developers, contractors, architects, engineers, etc. Manage projects to completion reputed company assigned timelines of contract or lease agreement Facilitate meetings with contractors and developers performing work on owned or lease facilities to review drawings, submittals, shop drawings and any other information reputed company to the construction process for standard compliance. reputed company timeline and cost projections for assigned projects Review and evaluate construction bids and proposed change order costs Review developer drawings and plans to ensure compliance with standards and annotated items reputed company not to be incompliance Review request for payment to ensure compliance with reputed company before approving for payment Provide guidance to developers and/ or contractors to ensure minimal disruption to reputed company Freight operations during expansion process of existing facilities and provide responses to construction RFI's Communicate and coordinate information with various departments reputed company reputed company Freight and/or contractors and developers Monitor project reputed company, provide status reports on a regular basis, and provide quality control reputed company.
