Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Homesite Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for Homesite-CONNECT customers, providing exceptional service, resolving reputed company issues, and ensuring reputed company resolution. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Homesite-CONNECT customers, including advisors, clients, and relationship partners

  • Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
  • Gather and enter relevant information to ensure reputed company resolution

  • Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer more reputed company issues to appropriate service partners

Essential Qualifications
