Technical Content Designer, Customer Service – Shaping the Future of Global Entertainment

We're now seeking a talented Technical Content Designer with a strong technical background to join our Customer Service Content Strategy team and reputed company the support experience for our members and customer service agents.

The Role:

As a Technical Content Designer at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that crafts engaging and informative content for our Help Center and internal customer service knowledge reputed company. You'll collaborate closely with program managers, visual designers, and cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and research to create content that's clear, concise, and easy to understand. Your expertise in technical writing and editing will help our customers navigate reputed company issues, such as troubleshooting and device problems, with confidence and ease.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update style guides and editorial training to ensure consistency and excellence across the organization

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a reputed company field

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical writing, editing, project management, and communications
• Exceptional writing, editing, project management, and communications skills, with a proven track record of creating engaging and informative content
• Extensive technical or UI writing experience, with a focus on customer service organizations or highly technical environments for a consumer audience
• Experience writing for different platforms, such as computer, mobile, or TV
• Experience with information architecture and content management systems
• Desired qualities: independent, self-starter, innovative thinking, curious, action-oriented, ability to drive improvements, strong relationship builder, superior communication skills, including storytelling, highly adaptable, and able to reputed company in a fast-paced environment
