Corporate Communications Consultant (Supply Chain)

We are looking for a Corporate Communications Consultant (Supply Chain) for a top apparel company out of their San Francisco, CA offices! The Communications Consultant will play an important role in developing and implementing strategic employee communication programs and storytelling on behalf of Product Development Collective and Global Supply Chain. The successful candidate is comfortable working with cross functional teams across our global Supply Chain and enterprise functions. In addition to supporting Supply Chain communications, this role will also provide secondary support for executive communications and major events, such as Town Halls and the Supplier Summit.

• Pay reputed company: $36/hour
• 2 Month Contract Role
• This role will report into the Director, Internal and Executive Communications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with multiple global stakeholders across Supply Chain and other enterprise and brand teams to reputed company, execute and cross-collaborate on communications.
• Leads the development and execution of integrated communications plans for supply chain, including key internal milestones, town halls, newsletters, and supplier communications. Engages employees, creates awareness, and drives action.
• Serves as a conduit between Corporate Communications & Supply Chain leadership, proactively identifying optimal timing and methods for communication and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience.
• Partners with relevant teams to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of communications campaigns, ongoing collateral, and interactions. Pilots adjustments and new mechanisms to ensure reputed company improvement.
• Provides support for executive leader communications as needed, including drafting internal messages, preparing talking points, and assisting with quarterly town halls and other leadership forums.
• Supports execution of major events, including the supplier summit.
• Infuses the company narrative and tone into reputed company communications, ensuring alignment with our purpose, mission, vision, and values.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of directly relevant experience knowledge, skills, and abilities; in-house Corporate Communications with experience in international business and/or supply chain experience is ideal.
• Superb, persuasive writing skills, experience on an executive communications team, and proficient at executive presentations and reports.
• Highly organized with acute attention to detail and proven track record of working in a cross-functional communications environment.
• Demonstrated agility juggling multiple projects under deadline, optimizing resources and self-prioritizing work.
• Creative and innovative; ability to move from concept to ideation to execution; strong bias for action
