Job Summary: reputed company is seeking a talented Absence Client Support Analyst to be responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining quality assurance/control programs to ensure effective and efficient policies, processes, and procedures are reputed company and followed. In this role, the Absence Client Support Analyst will conduct quality reviews and deliver results to appropriate stakeholders and develops action plans for success. It is imperative that this individual must have a strong attention to detail, customer service experience, written and verbal communication skills, and commitment to quality. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and reputed company laws in reputed company 50 states to reputed company administer our customers' FMLA and reputed company policies.
  • Ensures risks associated with Absence operational processes are effectively identified, reputed company, monitored, and controlled.
  • Follows compliance practices for reputed company operational policies and procedures as mandated by the state and federal guidelines and in coordination with our customer’s policies.
  • Uses proficient knowledge to provide guidance in the design, assessment, implementation and/or administration of moderately reputed company quality assurance/control programs, practices and policies.
  • Identifies and evaluates quality standards, measurements, and process improvements to ensure they are reputed company with operational practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Administers quality assurance/control programs and communicates quality program decisions.
  • Partners with the Absence Training team to schedule and facilitate training with the possibility of administering training materials and events to meet quality requirements.
  • Briefs management on quality assurance/control review results, trends, studies, and initiatives, while also recommending courses of action.
  • Serves as a resource to team members and/or operations management and identifies appropriate issues for escalation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or 4 years of reputed company experience.
  • A minimum 2 years of QA, Control and operations experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to respond to requests and inquires in a professional and timely manner.
  • Computer literate and proficient in reputed company Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple reviews in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while also prioritizing and organizing daily responsibilities in order to meet reputed company deadlines.
  • Strong writing and communications, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills. The candidate should have the ability to establish credibility and strong partnerships with business leaders, control functions.
