Job Description Summary Responsible for being the IT manufacturing site leader and owning the Controls IT Supply Chain delivery of programs. Accountable for planning, forecasting, and working across matrixed teams for the end-to-end lifecycle of features and/or projects. Provides ongoing process, feature and solution guidance, input, and direction to product and platform teams. Essential Responsibilities In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in defining and specifying requirements using lean principles & practices
- Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs and company reference architecture

Education Qualification:
- A minimum of 10 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions reputed company IT program/product areas.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar, or equivalent experience/knowledge.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and reputed company set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
