Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network
  • Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
  • Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution
  • Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and reputed company tech solutions
  • Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory
  • Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to reputed company blithequark customers interested in our products and services

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of work experience
  • A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance)
  • Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
  • Experience working in a commission-based environment (a plus, but not required)
  • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (a plus, but not required)
  • Customer service experience (a plus, but not required)
