Job Summary

Responsibilities

As an Authorization Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a shared inbox and responding to incoming requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Accurately entering new and renewal authorizations into the blithequark system
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of authorizations and reputed company documentation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations
• Staying up-to-date with system updates and changes, and providing feedback to improve processes and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Residency: Must reside in the state of Illinois
• Identification: Must possess a valid Illinois State ID or Driver's License (required for access to certain state systems)
