As a Member Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing telephone assistance to reputed company Medicaid members and providers. You'll be the face of our organization, helping to resolve inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Responsibilities:

* Answer in-coming member and provider calls and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.

• Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable, as Wi-Fi is not permitted.
• Collaborate with reputed company to provide comprehensive support and resolve reputed company issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Work from home, with occasional commutes to our office in Charleston, WV reputed company necessary.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
