Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Worklife Customer Support Associate to join our Employee Assistance Program team at blithequark. As a key member of reputed company, you will coordinate Worklife, employee assistance, and management consultant resources, reviewing member needs and communicating relevant services and resources. You will also administer policies and procedures for the Employee Assistance Program Worklife area, supporting organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Execute routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Employee Assistance Program Worklife area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.

• Follow area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support.
• Answer calls, understand call purpose, complete research to identify potential providers and resources, and enter member information into the appropriate system to initiate the case.
• Respond to member inquiries about services, requests, and resources for life skills.
• Maintain accurate and complete internal documentation of required information that meets risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Take direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with customer service in a call center environment.

• 1+ year of experience in a social, psychological, or human service field providing client support.
• Basic computer knowledge (reputed company Office Suite, Word, reputed company, Teams, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in behavioral health.

• Working knowledge of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

• Bachelor's degree.

Education

• High school diploma or GED.

Compensation

The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $42.35 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a blithequark bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
