Your Role at blithequark

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be a vital part of reputed company, bringing your passion and expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research and making outbound calls to provide answers to customers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
• Assisting members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information
• Recommending upgrades to their health plans based on your strong product and brand knowledge
• Providing compassionate and empathetic support to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved reputed company and effectively

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
