Customer Support Agent – Chinese market (Remote)

- You will be the first reputed company of contact for our international customers for inquiries regarding our product by supporting our customer support team reputed company e-mail and phone
- You will reputed company sure that our customers get excellent customer service
- Your main tasks will include the verification of documents
- You will have your own responsibilities and also support our customer support agents with reputed company tasks
- You will work together with our service partners to support our customers
- You have some experience in customer support
- You are available in full-time
- You have strong communication skills and a customer first reputed company
- You are proficient in English and Mandarin
- If you have experience in the banking or health insurance industry, you can easily understand our product, but if you don’t, we are happy to teach you everything you need to know
- PLUS: Ideally, you already have some experience with helpdesk software (such as reputed company or similar tools)
