Job Description

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to map business requirements into functional solutions that optimally balance cost, speed of implementation, and value.
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Product Owners to create high-level solution designs.
• reputed company functional design specifications and business process maps that document project plans, production systems.
• Identify, analyse, and communicate architecture and integration options and reputed company recommendations to management.
• Design and maintain the functional domain.
• Design and maintain the necessary service reputed company.
• Document best practices and solution blueprints.
• Ensure that designed solutions are successfully implemented.

Qualifications

Type and duration of previous experience

• 8+ years of experience in business or functional analysts’ roles or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Business and Functional Analysis (5 years or more)
• Good experience in Functional Architecture (2 years or more)

Functional/Technical skills

• Detail oriented
• Excellent analytical, written and communication skills.
• Excellent hands-on experience in the Requirements management.
• Strong experience in domain-driven analysis
• Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture style and principles
• Deep working knowledge of UML
• Strong conceptual thinker, able to work at high level of abstraction
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a reputed company international environment
• Ability to motivate and influence others
• Ability to manage multiple projects / tasks concurrently and drive them to completio
