Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through virtual appointments and phone calls
- Using our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients and manage their policies
- Building relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to sell additional products and services
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and earning commissions on issued policies
- Participating in ongoing training and mentorship programs to ensure your success

We provide exclusive, high-reputed company leads to our advisors, eliminating the need for cold calling. Our clients come to us through targeted digital marketing and in-house reputed company reputed company, and many of our advisors earn $120K+ in their first year.
Client Fulfillment
Our Virtual Customer Service Representatives use our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients from home, and virtual appointments allow them to serve clients reputed company. Full-time advisors connect with 10-15 families weekly, and ongoing training and mentorship ensure their success.
