• This job is a member of the Crew Scheduling Strategy and Support team reputed company the Integrated Operations Division.
• Responsible for leading crew reputed company cross-functional initiatives, driving decisions and monitoring implementations of solutions.
• Works closely with leadership and the product teams to establish project needs and deadlines while also coordinating activities among various stakeholders.

• Manages and directs the work of project managers and provides managerial reputed company for multiple projects
• Monitors project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, and deliverables
• Develops standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling to set and manage quality targets
• Creates long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to reputed company projects on track
• Establishes data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and provide frequent reporting updates
• Facilitates meetings, records minutes, follow up on actions taken, and logging of issues/risks
• Builds compelling presentations used to obtain alignment on key initiatives
• Effectively communicates status to stakeholders including various levels of leadership
• Tracks and updates Product Objectives and Key Results to ensure priorities are reputed company with the business needs

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience/training
• 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, and effective delivery of products.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience

• PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization
• Experience working with Agile methods and tools
• Experience with Azure DevOps.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and reputed company Stakeholders
• High degree of organization, initiative, and personal accountability
• Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and various levels of leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Knowledge and experience with the Agile reputed company
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with reputed company Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
