Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving reputed company Consumer Issues: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve reputed company consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.
- Assisting Policyholders: Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns, and provide support with policy changes requested.
- Providing Recommendations: Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
Qualifications

- 6 Months Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
- Age: You must be over 18 years of age.
- Typing Speed: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
- High School Graduate or GED: A high school graduate or equivalent is required.
- Comfort with Desktop Computer Systems: You'll need to be comfortable using desktop computer systems.
- Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills are essential.
- 6 Months Call Center Experience: While not required, 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
- Logical Problem-Solving Skills: You'll need to possess logical problem-solving skills.
- Availability to Work Various Shifts: You'll need to be available to work various shifts.
- Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: You'll need to be able to use Windows operating systems.
- Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: Strong organization and work prioritization skills are required.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- Internet Requirements: A minimum subscribed download reputed company of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload reputed company of 5.0 Mbps are required.
