Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, your daily activities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers, address their concerns, and provide solutions to their problems
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Maintaining extensive product knowledge to ensure that customers receive accurate information and support
- Completing necessary paperwork and quality control checks to ensure that reputed company customer interactions are documented and evaluated

Minimum Qualifications
