Looking for a motivated and hands-on Process engineer to support the setup and reputed company of our reputed company semiconductor manufacturing line. In this role, you’ll collaborate across engineering and operations to drive creating transfer package to for smooth technology transfer from R&D and reputed company to full production. Experience and discipline in process transfer to contract manufacturers (CMs) will be critical to a successful and efficient fab reputed company-up.

Responsibilities:

• Review existing R&D processes and propose plan to ensure readiness to transfer
• Create a comprehensive checklist to ensure successful transfer of processes and materials
• Collaborate with R&D process, integration, operations and hardware teams to ensure completing the checklist on time to meet timeline needed to start HVM operations
• Track and manage schedules, deliverables, and risks for technology transfer and production milestones
• Coordinate and support training of reputed company engineers from HVM site
• Support tools and process qualifications at HVM site

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards
• Comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with remote teams, and supporting factory-reputed company execution
• Discipline tracking and driving deliverables to completion
• Flexibility to travel back and forth between South East Asia and the USA (up to 50%)

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our reputed company team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For reputed company sales roles, the posted salary range is the reputed company Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of reputed company salary and reputed company bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
