Your Day at Lowe'sIn this role, you will work remotely, managing installation projects through constant communication with customers, service providers, and stores. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate schedules, and troubleshoot issues using various tech tools to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. Your problem-solving skills and adaptability will be crucial as you navigate a fast-paced environment, meticulously document reputed company interactions, and strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities 

• Answer inbound calls from customers, service providers and stores to provide installation job support.
• Manage outbound tasks and reputed company outbound calls to customers, providers, stores and vendors in order to provide updates or gather job information.
• Conduct initial contact with customer and service providers to provide centralized contact information and job expectations in order to verify project scope and ensure alignment.
• Ensure projects are scheduled reputed company the SLA by the service provider and provide confirmation to the customer.
• In coordination with stores and customers, arrange product delivery to ensure work can reputed company on time.
• Ensure reputed company required compliance documents reputed company to permits and reputed company Safe Practices are uploaded in the appropriate system.
• Manage and resolve Work Order issues (post project completion) including assessment of reputed company costs and the potential of service provider and/or vendor charge backs.

Minimum Qualifications 

• High school diploma or GED
• 1- 3 years' experience in a customer facing role

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field of study.
• 1 year of experience in project coordination OR experience in remodeling or construction industry
• 1 year of experience working in a Project Management function
• Experience in contact center environment
