Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming calls from patients, providers, and referral sources, providing empathetic and informative support to help them navigate our services
  • Collecting clinical and demographic information from patients and entering it into our reputed company portal
  • Working in a high-volume call center environment, receiving and responding to approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day
  • Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company requests and issues, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures, including HIPAA/PHI

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare or medical industry with medical terminology
  • Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
  • Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM, data entry while active listening)
  • Basic PC and search reputed company abilities (e.g., using the mouse to click, troubleshooting, working with reputed company Office, opening a browser, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a site, and navigating the use of back/reputed company buttons)

Training and Nesting Period

Our training and nesting period is designed to ensure your success in this role. You'll receive comprehensive training on our systems, processes, and procedures, as well as ongoing support and coaching to help you navigate the role. Our training and nesting period typically lasts 4-6 weeks, with training hours taking reputed company Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm EST.

Available Shift

After completing the training and nesting period, you'll be eligible to work a variety of shifts, including Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm EST.
