Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming calls from patients, providers, and referral sources, providing empathetic and informative support to help them navigate our services
- Collecting clinical and demographic information from patients and entering it into our reputed company portal
- Working in a high-volume call center environment, receiving and responding to approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company requests and issues, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures, including HIPAA/PHI
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare or medical industry with medical terminology
- Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
- Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM, data entry while active listening)

Training and Nesting Period

Our training and nesting period typically lasts 4-6 weeks, with training hours taking reputed company Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm EST.
Available Shift
After completing the training and nesting period, you'll be eligible to work a variety of shifts, including Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm EST.
