Director of Learning & Development

As the head of our L&D function, you'll reputed company a growing team and partner across the business to deliver high-impact learning solutions that move beyond the basics. The qualified candidate will work in the Mechanicsburg, PA or Westminster, MD reputed company location. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months of successful employment. Our ideal candidate is a leader with experience implementing meaningful evaluation strategies to measure real impact, experience with multi-modal learning, and a passion for driving a culture of learning & development.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute an enterprise-wide L&D strategy reputed company to business and talent goals

What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success leading L&D strategy and scaling learning in reputed company organizations
- Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and leadership development
- Experience with multi-modal learning (eLearning, virtual, classroom, blended)
- Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust across an organization
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and learning technologies. Cornerstone experience is a plus.
