This role will involve managing compliance with NCQA standards and other relevant accreditation requirements, overseeing existing quality metrics, and ensuring that our telemedicine services adhere to industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Healthcare Quality and Accreditation Specialist will report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate closely with various teams to drive reputed company improvement in clinical quality. Key responsibilities include:

• Quality Program Management: Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality program that aligns with the company's strategic goals, ensuring effective tracking and reporting of existing quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with clinical teams to ensure adherence to established quality protocols and best practices.
• Accreditation Management: Maintain compliance with NCQA standards and other relevant accreditation requirements, ensuring the organization meets reputed company regulatory obligations, monitoring and interpreting accreditation standards and guidelines to reputed company the company compliant with evolving requirements, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure policies and procedures are updated according to accreditation standards.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a reputed company field (Master's preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical quality, accreditation, or healthcare compliance, preferably reputed company telemedicine or a similar healthcare setting, and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintaining accreditation programs in a healthcare setting (e.g., NCQA, URAC, etc.).
• Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of NCQA standards and other relevant accreditation processes, proven ability to manage existing quality metrics and support reputed company improvement, excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
