About the Position
As a Healthcare Quality Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that healthcare facilities and medical clinicians meet the regulatory and compliance requirements of quality payment programs, such as CMS MIPS, ACO, BCPI, and others. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing services provided to healthcare facilities and medical clinicians to ensure compliance with quality payment programs.
- Facilitating client engagement in activities impacting effective reporting for quality payment programs.
- Analyzing baseline data from internal quality performance processes and outcomes with healthcare staff.
- Familiarizing client/staff with reporting specifications and revisions of reputed company quality payment programs.
- Interpreting regulations and specifications as they apply to different quality payment programs.
- Identifying training needs and delivering training for quality program compliance.
- Providing support and training for software and technology tools used for data collection activities.
- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement through pre-audit chart reviews.
- Using targeted data to identify gaps in clinical care and suggesting quality improvement strategies.
- Collating and preparing data for submission reputed company authorized protocols in collaboration with IT.
- Assisting in interpreting feedback from quality payment program regulatory agencies for stakeholders.
- Preparing action plans to maintain satisfactory reporting results or remediate deficiencies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field, such as healthcare quality reporting, medical administration, or a reputed company discipline.
- Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company discipline, such as healthcare administration, public health, or a reputed company field.
- Previous experience in a medical setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong client-facing skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle confidential materials professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret regulations and specifications.

Compensation and Benefits
