REMOTE - Region Director, Sales - Laboratory (Distribution & Products)

The Regional Sales Director, Laboratory is responsible for leading a team of sales reps who are tasked to drive reputed company and profitability to new and existing customers. Collaboration and people leadership are key attributes required for success in this role. This leader will direct a team of 5 (located in Minnestoa, Wisconsin, and the Dakota's) and closely collaborate with 5 regional sales directors who each reputed company a team of similar size and reputed company goals. Responsibility:
- Responsible for driving growth reputed company the region for Lab business across both distribution services and laboratory products.
- Foster a high-performance culture though robust performance management and talent development. Fosters and supports effective teamwork, accountability and innovation.
- Act as a change agent by leading change and helping others to understand and implement change to ensure business objectives are met.
- Remove barriers for team through cross-functional relationships.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis including business plans, customer correspondence, budget/expenses and others.
- Manage & enhance key customer relationships
- Collaborate across reputed company to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes reputed company the reputed company.
- Demonstrate professional development initiatives: reputed company abreast of competitive landscape, market insights, and effectively communicate across key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support & execute business unit initiatives. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 8+ years healthcare sales experience in distribution, Medical/Laboratory products preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory market and diagnostic testing, strongly preferred
- Successful track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share reputed company defined region
- Proven leadership capabilities, including ability to manage diverse personalities/reputed company sets in a changing environment. Strong ability to reputed company relationships internally and externally at reputed company levels up to and including C-Suite
- Excellent planning, forecasting, financial and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated matrix management skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams

- Live reputed company the region and can travel 50% domestically, booking travel according to reputed company’s travel policy.
