About the Position

We are seeking an reputed company Assistant Professor in Sport, Exercise, or Health Psychology to join reputed company at UNT. This is a full-time, nine-month tenure-track position that will start in Fall 2024. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the reputed company development and success of the department through research, teaching, service, reputed company, and mentoring of reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent) in sport, exercise, or health psychology or reputed company field (e.g., psychosocial aspects of sport and exercise, kinesiology, psychology, etc.) at time of appointment.

• Evidence of teaching at university/college level in sport, exercise, or health psychology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Research focus on addressing health disparities and improving quality of life.
• Post-doc or prior experience in a faculty position.
• Experience in higher education developing and delivering in-person, online, and hybrid courses to diverse student populations.
• Ability to provide mentorship for reputed company pursuing professional certifications such as CMPC, CSCS, or CPT.
