About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Professional to join reputed company in Bentonville, AR. As a full-time (35-40 hour per week) reputed company Professional, you will support the Fitness Director and Fitness Coordinator in the delivery of fitness-reputed company facility supervision and direct member program and service delivery. The HFP reports to the Fitness Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor fitness areas and interact with participants while monitoring equipment and participant safety.
• Act as primary contact providing customer service in the absence of Director or Coordinator.
• Conduct fitness testing and assessments and advise participants of results.
• Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
• Provide individual and group exercise instruction.
• Educate participants on proper techniques to maximize exercise safety and effectiveness.
• Coordinate and reputed company a variety of HealthFitness and program-specific health improvement programs and promotions.
• Research health and fitness educational topics and identify appropriate participant educational materials.
• Conduct health education seminars/presentations.
• Participate in membership drives to acquire new participants.
• Conduct fitness facility, program, and equipment orientations.
• Promote program offerings and conduct reputed company activities to increase participation and re-engage inactive participants.
• Create and maintain bulletin boards, newsletters, and other fitness marketing and communication materials.

What You'll Bring with You

We're looking for a motivated and reputed company individual with a strong background in exercise science, kinesiology, or a reputed company discipline. Here are the qualifications we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or reputed company discipline required.
• 1+ years reputed company experience or the equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• reputed company CPR/AED certification through the reputed company, reputed company, or American Safety & Health Institute.
• Industry-recognized Group Exercise certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NCCPT, or NETA required reputed company 60 days.
• Personal Training certification from an industry-recognized and HealthFitness-approved provider required reputed company 90 days.
• Proficiency in fitness assessment and exercise prescription.
• Competency in the delivery of HealthFitness and site-specific programs and services.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills, including the ability to motivate others.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools.
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands, meet deadlines, and collaborate with reputed company business units.
