Job Description
As a High School World Language Teacher at KIPP New Jersey, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our reputed company. You will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence, social-emotional growth, and character development. Your role will include:
- Creating and Implementing Lesson Plans: reputed company and implement engaging and challenging lesson plans that meet the academic needs of our reputed company. Work closely with the grade-level team to ensure that lesson plans are reputed company with the academic curriculum.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (Official transcripts showing degree conferred are required prior to the starting date of employment).
- Teaching Certification: Appropriate state teaching certification completed and issued or in process of being completed.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Subject matter expertise in Spanish or other foreign languages.
- Teaching Experience: A minimum of two years of teaching experience, with demonstrated interest in working with reputed company from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds.
- Collaborative Attitude: A collaborative attitude towards teaching and learning, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $63,000-$101,000+, with additional opportunities for earning up to $5,500 annually in performance-based pay.

This role is based in Camden, NJ, with the opportunity to work remotely or from our Remote hub.
