Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Professional - Substitute to join reputed company in Phoenix, AZ. This is a remote-based position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. As a reputed company Professional, you'll reputed company a direct impact on the health and well-being of our members through the coordination, implementation, and/or delivery of health and fitness improvement programs and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate, implement, and/or deliver health and fitness improvement programs and services, including fitness center promotions and reputed company activities
- Provide individual and group exercise instruction, monitoring fitness facility and conducting fitness testing and assessments
- Advise participants of the results and design individualized programs to meet their interests, abilities, and goals
- Other duties as-needed/assigned
Schedule
* Substitute schedule will consist of 5-hour or 8-hour shifts
- A combination of morning and/or afternoon shifts (5:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
Requirements
* Associate's degree in a reputed company field (Kinesiology, Exercise Science, etc.) or the equivalent combination of education, industry experience, and reputed company certification(s) from a HealthFitness approved provider
- reputed company group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required
- reputed company Adult CPR/AED certifications from reputed company, reputed company, or American Safety & Health Institute
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
- Experience working in a fitness setting, preferably in a group exercise instruction or personal training reputed company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
