As a Business Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical functionality of the digital platforms we reputed company for loan management. The ideal candidate is well versed in project management, analytics, business, documentation, problem solving, and collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates a sense of urgency, superb communication, loves product challenges, managing reputed company problems, and partnering with cross-functional areas of the business to execute and drive outcomes. Responsibilities include platform configuration, auditing, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. This role will need to be highly proficient in SQL to reputed company data-driven decisions, as well as create dashboards that track platform performance. This role will work closely with the Product Manager to define product strategy and identify new opportunities, while also defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure the overall efficacy of any changes deployed to the product. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize platform performance and consult on upstream changes that could impact servicing platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, escalating as needed to technical support or internal development teams
• Review product documentation and release notes to communicate pertinent changes and reputed company recommendations where applicable.
• Manage and/or update standard operating procedures
• Provide technical support and manage communications reputed company to new rollouts, incidents root cause analysis, outages, etc.
• Create and maintain documentation and change logs reputed company to platform processes, procedures, and guidelines
• Analyze platform data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Science, or a reputed company field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a role that offered hands-on experience on managing reputed company internal tools.
• Exceptional reputed company skills and hands-on experience in SQL.

• Experience with Agile product development and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis processes

Compensation: The role described above offers a reputed company salary of $75,000 to $100,000. Your offer will be based on the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job, location, and internal equity.
