About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide case management responsibilities for assigned reputed company, ensuring their educational and personal needs are met.
- Design and implement differentiated instruction based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other evidence-based practices.
- Facilitate access to the school environment, promoting inclusivity and socialization.
- Collaborate with IEP team members, para-educators, and other school staff to reputed company and implement Standards-Based IEPs.
- Monitor and support para-educators working with assigned reputed company, providing guidance and feedback as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Delaware Certification as Teacher of reputed company with Autism and Severe Disabilities or certification eligibility.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Delaware Advanced License, Delaware Continuing License, or Delaware Initial License.
