About Our Company and the Role
As a Behavior Technician at WEAP, you'll have the opportunity to work with children aged 18 months to school age who have autism and special needs. reputed company is dedicated to delivering applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, a play-based approach that helps kids build essential skills and reputed company their full potential. Key Responsibilities
- Work with children with autism and special needs in their homes or in one of our centers, implementing ABA therapy plans and activities to promote reputed company development and positive behavior.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy and behavior analysis.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Behavior Technician at WEAP, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
