About Our Company and the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with children with autism and special needs in their homes or in one of our centers, implementing ABA therapy plans and activities to promote reputed company development and positive behavior.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Behavior Technician at WEAP, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings.
