About the Role

As a Behavior Technician at Key Autism Services, you'll play a vital role in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in the comfort of their own homes. Under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll work one-on-one with clients, implementing behavior support and treatment plans designed to promote positive behavioral change and reputed company acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages growth and development.
• Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions, using this information to inform treatment plans and drive reputed company.
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans, working collaboratively with BCBA supervisors to ensure the highest quality care.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Behavior Technician at Key Autism Services, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or be working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology).
• At least 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, or equivalent experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate reputed company, understanding, and a compassionate approach.
• A reliable vehicle and personal means of transportation, with the ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills.
• A willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor settings, responding quickly to the movements and behaviors of children.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience working in ABA therapy or a reputed company field.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or a willingness to obtain certification.
