As a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician, you'll be an integral part of reputed company, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to drive client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training to promote reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Follow prescribed behavioral reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in client individualized treatment plans, built by BCBAs.
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Assist with parent and caregiver training, supporting them in implementing strategies to promote client reputed company.
- Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client reputed company, as instructed by BCBAs.
- Utilize safe and appropriate procedures reputed company working with clients, reporting reputed company critical incidents and safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment, ensuring a conducive setting for client learning.
- Assist BCBAs in preparing client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition programs.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- reputed company certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or willingness to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for the RBT competency exam reputed company 45 days of employment.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation, with reputed company of driver's license and valid car insurance (in some cases).
- At least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, along with a TB test (if not completed in the past year).

Preferred Qualifications

- Working as a Behavioral Technician or in a reputed company field.
- Experience working with children with autism or other learning disabilities.
- Roles such as Teacher's Aid, Tutor, CNA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide.
