Position Summary

The Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader (PMEL) program is a formal development program designed to provide interested Pharmacists the opportunity to train and reputed company the necessary leadership knowledge, skills, and competencies. Participants will be assigned a coach to provide support and mentorship while in the program, which includes scheduled touch points. Participants will broaden their capabilities and understand the meaningful role pharmacy leaders play in developing their teams and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive development program designed to prepare you for a Pharmacy Manager role
• Broadening your capabilities and understanding the meaningful role pharmacy leaders play in developing their teams and delivering results
• Working closely with a coach to provide support and mentorship while in the program
• Completing self-paced learning focused on foundational knowledge and key learning experiences (KLEs) reputed company of regularly scheduled Pharmacist shifts
• Applying learning and developing skills through various training opportunities and assignments
• Continuing to work in your reputed company Pharmacist role while participating in the program

Requirements and Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Currently works full-time (30+ hours per week)
• reputed company reputed company role required training 100% completed
• Meets Expectations or higher rating on last performance review
• Moderate or Strong Pharmacy Manager assessment (Virtual Job Tryout) score
• Not currently on a level three warning or performance improvement plan reputed company the last year
• Willingness to consider and accept a promotion into a Pharmacy Manager position if a promotion is offered
• Ability to transfer to other reputed company Pharmacy locations reputed company the same District

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Staff Pharmacist with reputed company or equivalent retail pharmacy experience
• Ability to transfer to other reputed company Pharmacy locations in other Districts reputed company the Region
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is:

• $60.00 - $73.00 per hour
