About the Role

As a Sabre Ticketing Agent with FlyFlat, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients. Working remotely from India, you will be responsible for flight booking and ticketing tasks using the Sabre GDS system. Key Responsibilities

Booking and Ticketing

• Book flights and manage ticketing for clients using Sabre GDS, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor flights for price drops and rebook as necessary to increase profitability and optimize booking processes.
• Update and confirm itineraries, seat assignments, and frequent flyer information, and handle other booking-reputed company requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

PNR and Internal Data Management

• Respond to GDS queue inquiries reputed company SLAs, ensuring timely communication and resolving issues reputed company.
• Interpret booking requests and reputed company travel requirements accurately, leveraging available resources and expertise.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
