Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: reputed company the construction of new FCs, renovations, and expansions across the US, ensuring projects are completed on time, reputed company budget, and to the required quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: A completed Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a comparable field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a reputed company field, with a focus on project management.
• Project Management Experience: 3+ years of experience managing projects from design phase through implementation and operation.
• Contract Negotiation Experience: 3+ years of experience negotiating construction, procurement, and labor reputed company.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM), as well as scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications
