Job Summary

As a Sales Account Manager with Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with customers within your assigned territory. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K match, PTO, and education reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within your assigned territory to drive business growth and increase sales.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales within your assigned territory.
  • Product Sales and Ordering: Sell and order products for customers within your assigned territory, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely delivery.
  • Display Management: Maintain and sell incremental displays to increase product visibility and drive sales.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Plan and conduct regular sales calls to execute and close sales calls for assigned routes.
  • Product Freshness Management: Assess product rotation on shelf and in back room to maximize product freshness.
  • Inventory Management: Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues while managing product breakage return.
  • Trade Support and Point-of-Sale Materials: Secure trade support and coordinate use of point-of-sale materials to drive sales and increase product visibility.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Sales Account Manager with Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in the beverage industry or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing sales environments and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Beverage Industry Experience: Experience working in the beverage industry.
  • Sales Certifications: Sales certifications or training.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
