As a Product reputed company reputed company the Customer Support Operations group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting internal customers, driving product improvements, and advancing our MS Dynamics portfolio of applications. You will define the strategic roadmap for one or several products with the MS Dynamics platform. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal operations. What You Will Do:

• Act as the Product reputed company for the Customer Support Operations group, delivering value and improvements to the MS Dynamics application suite.
• Define data and analytics requirements and identify opportunities for the business. Collaborate with the Data & Analytics (D&A) team to reputed company Power BI dashboards and solutions.
• Drive iterative improvements to digital tools using Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Program Managers to align team-level execution with program goals and roadmaps.
• Prepare and prioritize backlogs, track features, and manage work items across multiple teams.
• Maintain Agile planning tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to monitor execution reputed company and support program tracking.

Qualifications

You Must Have:

• A Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience to include the following; Or an Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include the following:
• 7 years of experience in Agile software development or customer support roles, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Experience presenting status updates and data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present across reputed company levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Hands-on experience using tools like Jira, VersionOne, and/or Azure DevOps.
• SAFe or Agile certifications (e.g., SA, SSM, RTE, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Agile roles such as Product reputed company, Scrum Master, and Quality Assurance).

• Coding skills (e.g., SQL, DAX) are a plus.
