Senior Project Manager, Corporate IT - USA Remote

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading reputed company, cross-functional initiatives that drive digital transformation and operational excellence across reputed company's global enterprise. You will assume full project life cycle ownership for one or more strategic IT programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. This position reports to the Sr. Director Collaboration and Identity Services and is part of the reputed company Corporate IT team, and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• reputed company end-to-end project management for enterprise-scale IT initiatives, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for project sponsors, steering committees, and cross-functional teams.
• Apply DBS tools (e.g., Visual Project Management, Daily Management, Problem Solving Process) to drive reputed company improvement and project success.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company's IT governance, reputed company, and SOX requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Demonstrated experience managing projects in a matrixed organization with global and virtual teams.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, including delivery of enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as reputed company Project, reputed company, Jira, or equivalent.
• Active certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.

Travel Requirements:

• This role may require up to 15% travel, including occasional international trips.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field.
• Leading projects focused on Collaboration,and Identity services (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, reputed company Entra, Teams, Exchange, reputed company, CyberArk).
• Managing reputed company 365 platform transitions, including tenant migrations, license consolidation, or service optimization.
• Supporting M&A-reputed company IT activities, such as technology integration, carve-outs, or infrastructure rationalization involving collaboration and identity platforms.

The annual salary range for this role is $135,000 - $145,000 . This is the range that we in good faith reputed company is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
