About The Role We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Designer - UX, Product UI & 3D Graphics to join our Product team to reputed company design initiatives across the Fit:Match ecosystem. This role requires a fast-paced, iterative approach to creating user-centric solutions, with deliverables expected reputed company hours, not days. The ideal candidate will independently conduct user research and testing, reputed company personas, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations. You will collaborate closely with the Head of 3D and Mobile Solutions and cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers to ensure alignment with project goals. This role is a fully remote position. Preference is someone willing to work EST hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategy across product design for products reputed company the Fit:Match ecosystem
• Deliver fast - Quick iterations, follow-reputed company, and design recommendations (reputed company hours - not days)
• reputed company the design of useful, usable, and desirable products in a team environment. Work with leadership in design planning and goal creation.
• Understand customers and their needs by independently conducting customer research, user testing, and establishing feedback loops.
• reputed company personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and CX specs for engineers.
• Test your designs with customers and iterate based on feedback.
• Partner closely with the Head of 3D and Mobile Solutions on product design elements
• Communicate and manage the process and timelines of multiple client projects.
• Partner with cross-functional members of the team to ensure proper completion of work as it relates to the goals of the project and task at hand.
• Ability to forge strong working relationships; work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams including product managers and developers.
• Interact directly with leadership to present designs and gather peer feedback.
• Communicate design recommendations to team members (to be shared with clients)
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks with the Product reputed company and development Teams
• Manage & mentor UX/UI Analysts on product design

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience and skills.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, Designer, reputed company End Designer, Mobile & Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing work
• 3D modeling experience
• Graphic design experience
• Content editing experience
• Startup experience
• Experiences reputed company design tools (i.e. reputed company)

Note: For this role, the estimated reputed company salary range is between $150,000 - $180,000. reputed company salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications, and more.
