Job Summary

As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. Key Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision, ensuring productivity targets are achieved and reputed company warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices, with a strong understanding of logistics and distribution operations.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases, including RF scanners, reputed company trucks, Forklifts, and Pallet Jacks.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage staff, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of LOGISTICS, 3PL, ERP, WMS, and other relevant systems and technologies.

• Familiarity with Logistics/DOT Weight Regulations and other relevant regulatory requirements.
