About the Role

As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and support reputed company phone, while also dispatching calls to technicians and performing various administrative duties. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Initiate outbound phone calls to customers for scheduling service calls, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
• Handle various customer inquiries and requests reputed company, resolving issues and addressing concerns
• reputed company technicians to jobs based on qualifications, geography, and customer preference, utilizing Service Titan software
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery, addressing availability, expected completion times, and other concerns
• Ensure accuracy of customer details, including name, phone number, address, and other relevant information

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company information clearly and concisely
