Job Summary: Customer Service reputed company II

As a Customer Service reputed company II, you'll be the frontline representative for our members and providers, providing timely, accurate, and personalized support on routine complaints and escalations. You'll reputed company a variety of communication channels, including phone, live chats, and emails, to resolve inquiries, issues, and concerns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and research routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and concerns to determine causes and initiate corrective actions.
  • Mitigate and prevent complaints from being escalated by resolving issues in the initial contact.
