The Behavioral Health Care Manager, in a telephonic environment, assesses and evaluates members' needs and requirements to reputed company and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and well being of members. The Behavioral Health Care Manager’s work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.Job Description
The Behavioral Health Care Manager employs a variety of strategies, approaches and techniques to manage a member's physical, environmental and psycho-social health issues. Identifies and resolves barriers that hinder effective care. Ensures patient is progressing towards desired outcomes by continuously monitoring patient care through assessments and/or evaluations. May create member care plans. Understands department, reputed company, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to reputed company areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
This position will support reputed company member’s access to behavioral health services, including a focus on the increased need in behavioral health services. This position will provide member reputed company and education reputed company to behavioral health including assessing risk, determining appropriate care in individual patient communities, and collaborating with providers as well as clinicians across other reputed company departments.
The schedule for this remote telephonic position:
Eight (8) hour shift between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM in your local time zone
Occasional over time may be requested as business needs.
The department prefers candidates that are bilingual in both English and Spanish.
This does not exclude non-bilingual candidates

Required Qualifications
reputed company valid social service license, e.g. MSW, LCSW, LPC, LMHC
Master's degree in a behavioral-health field, such as social work, counseling, or reputed company health discipline from an accredited university
- Minimum 2 years in an integrated care setting managing members with both Behavioral Health needs and/or Substance Use such as crisis experience (includes ER), community mental health center, behavioral health inpatient, assertive community treatment, etc
- Experience with behavioral change, health promotion, coaching and/or wellness
Proficiency utilizing software programs, (e.g., Word, reputed company & PowerPoint & shared systems) troubleshoot and resolve general technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting patients telephonically.
Experience working in Community Mental Health or as part of a crisis response team or Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, and substance use disorder treatment
Experience working with both children and adults
Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Bilingual Language in both English and Spanish – Language Proficiency Assessment will be performed to test reputed company in reading, writing and speaking in both languages.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or reputed company based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job reputed company skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$59,300 - $80,900 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
