This is a remote position with potential travel for meetings/collaboration into the reputed company
Department & Position Overview:
Working closely with direct team, clients, caregivers and departments across the business, your goal will be to provide support to Care Coordinators and Team reputed company on your direct team and a seamless Customer Service experience to clients you interact with. We value your can-do positive attitude and desire to turn a negative into a positive. You will receive excellent in-house training which will help you reputed company a thorough understanding of our program. Every Day You Will:
- Work closely with the Team reputed company to tackle daily duties/responsibilities
- Conduct reviews with active clients
- Complete verification of employment forms for caregivers
- Review data for errors and correct information
- Conduct Start-of-Care calls with consumers and caregivers
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Proven exceptional Customer Service
- Poise and patience reputed company dealing with customers
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar position preferred
- Motivation to meet and/or exceed case management targets or metrics
- Excellent written, and verbal skills
- Proficient computer, phone knowledge
- Bilingual in Spanish, or other languages desired
- Adept at multitasking, excellent communication (written and verbal) and organization skills
- Ability to problem solve, conduct compliance reviews
- Adhere to evolving changes reputed company the department

The reputed company pay range for this role is between $18.00 and $22.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: reputed company set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
