- Implement policies and procedures.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
- Three (3) years of relevant experience

- Experience in written communications and customer service.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, specifically Technolutions Slate.
- Candidate must be willing and able to work select evenings and weekends (5-10 times per year).
